Hannah turned 2 a few weeks ago and I didn't want too much time to go by without writing about it. Hannah's birthday was on a Friday. We had a few friends over that day to play. When Jake got home from work that evening we took Hannah swimming and out for an ice cream cone. The big party with family was the next day. Here is a little summary of our holidays. It was nice to be able to spend so much time with family:. Waiting for Thanksgiving dinner. Hunting for the perfect Christmas tree (one of our favorite traditions). Enjoying hot cocoa and cookies with grandpa after the tree hunt. Visiting Santa. What have my parents done to me? Visiting Santa's reindeer was much more enjoyable. Hannah kept saying "moo" to them. (She thought they were cows.). We had a party at my parent's house on Christmas Eve. Hannah was an angel.

October was full of fun activities for us this year:. Hannah and I went to Gardner Village with our play group and visited the witches. My mom has a Halloween party every year with the grand kids. Everyone came dressed up. Hannah was a cute little monkey. Here are Hannah and her cousins in their cute little costumes. Hannah was Curious George, Jake was The Man with the Yellow Hat, and I was Curious George's mama. We ended the night carving pumpkins. Friday night we had a ward party. End of Summer Fun.
