Monthly Archives: October 2011. October 21, 2011. So here I am sitting in my comfortable bed, in my familiar room, in my warm house, out in the country on my family farm, in the town where I grew up and there are two voices inside of me that are screaming. I have been talking about this trip for over nine months and it seemed like it was so far away. Now it’s here. In three days I’ll fly out of Dallas and won’t be back in the US for over 6 months. It tells me I am weak, messed up, scared, pathetic.

Twice Upon the Time Previously Mentioned. June 22, 2011. I decided to call the school to see if they would mind holding at least my entrance to the school of music for a year and maybe, possibly, my scholarships as well. It was a long shot, I have never heard of that happening to anyone before, but if I didn’t try I wouldn’t know. This whole experience has taught me to be completely reliant on God for everything.
