I’ve been a pastor in the Lutheran tradition for 25 years. I joined Nordstrom for 4 years following seminary and learned ever so much, particularly about leading and about following. I moved around, leaving Pittsburgh for Cincinnati, then Indianapolis, then Detroit, then back to Chicago where I did my undergraduate studies.
