Her house as this huge, amazing,. Backyard crying out for kids to run around and play in. In fact all the houses on that street have amazing yards, yet no one was in them! Where Should We Move Next? On Being a Healthy, Active Family. July 28, 2013. Not sure). That is what I want to be! Breakfast will always start with a juice or smoothie and there will be a ton of fruit in her lunch (she rarely ate the veggies at school) and dinner will always have a huge salad. The active part is more difficult though. How can we do this together? I can register her for ballet or swimming or soccer but that doesn’t make me active or us active. What foods does your healthy family enjoy?
