The Broad Island: Hiroshima. July 1, 2013. Amidst the turbulent times of World War II a list of cities was produced in regards to the question of where to drop the bomb. Several cities were spared from the devastation. Nara and Tokyo were among them, both locations valued for their historical and political significance.
