It turns out that the way I express joy is through eating. Haha. I went over to Starbucks and ordered a chocolate donut because it belonged to the group of foods that I couldn’t really eat without getting everything stuck. Then I had sambal stingray for dinner, which was delish. Try on red lipstick. Haha. Awww you look so beautiful!

Tuesday, 24 June 2014. Post Op: Day 19 and Numbness. So, we are now nineteen days past the surgery date. Time really is flying by. This Thursday, it will have been three weeks! Recovery is going really well. When I visited the surgeon last week he told me that I don't need to see him for a month now because I am on the right track. However, I still have to see my orthodontist every week to check these elastic bands in my mouth. I am looking more normal every day! Tuesday, 17 June 2014. Post Op: Day 12.

The surgeries are all in the past now and I'm happy for that. Though I'll admit I thought this day would never come and it happened so fast.
