Monday, December 17, 2007. I guess I should get out and do some Christmas Shopping this week, or I could wait until the weekend. There is something about doing my holiday shopping at the last minute that I really enjoy. The fact that you don't have time to really ponder, you shop on impulse and while it's not good for the budget it sure makes it fun! And I feel like I'm doing my part to keep the economy going. I got a phone call last sunday from my best bud, who lives out in sunny san diego, CA. hey, how's it going, all that stuff, and then he tells me that he's moving back east. that's great! Awesome to hear, i'm really glad he's moving home, blah blah blah. Then he gets to the meat of the matter: do i want to fly out there and do a cross-country trip back with him? And it's all taken care of, as well. hmmmm. Done, and done. Are you kidding me?
