I’m referring to Revlon’s Color burst Matte Balm #250. The color is “standout remarkable”. If you want a full rich red matte color, this one is just right for you. Aside from the “head turner” color, this lipstick comes with a lip balm and from my experience it doesn’t make my lips dry. Well, you’ll just have to experience it yourself.
