Sunday, February 14, 2010. Painted into a corner. Where have I been all these months? I feel as though I've painted myself into a corner as it were, with the title of this blog. Should I only always relate everything through the lens of learning contentment. What about the days when I am baffled, stuck, confused, grumpy, discontented? Do I write about them? Should they be included? So I set myself back to the work of facing these skeletons. Learning doesn't come without finding out what DOESN'T work.

Sunday, April 26, 2009. Kira's big soccer game. After two games of Kira standing around, her third game was a huge. Improvement. She played every second she was in the game, and even made a goal! She says two because she was throwing the ball in and the ref blew the whistle for the subs to come in, but Kira didn't realize it.
