Jeff and Allison Smith. A little blog about THREE happy people. Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Today is my mom's birthday. To celebrate we went out for a yummy dinner. And by yummy, I mean, I ate black truffle mac-n-cheese with gnocchi (I know, not really mac-n-cheese. So shoot me). Emerson was a complete peach, and stayed up almost two hours past her bed time! She ate a TON of food and had a blast. She is now sleeping soundly. I wanted to share this cute video of Nana and Em to honor her on her b-day.

Christmas time with a 3 year is really special and her excitement about the holiday is incredibly sweet. Stella has loved decorating cookies, handing them out to neighbors, going 'sleighing', drinking hot chocolate, and helping daddy shovel the snow. Everything is so exciting for her! Working on Christmas cards. Getting gifts from Uncle Ty Ty and Aunt Ju Ju. LOVE You. hows pregnant life?

Monday, September 14, 2009. Today, patrick swayze dies at the age of 57. Growing up, patrick swayze was always my favorite. i have vivid memories of acting out dance scenes from the movie dirty dancing with my girlfriends and trying to do 'the lift'. i have loved so many of his movies (some pics below). Patrick Swayze, the hunky actor who danced his way into viewers’ hearts with “ Dirty Dancing. 8220; Patrick Swayze. I know so sad! I hope they find a cure for this disease some day!
