Saturday, March 15, 2014. I think today was my first back to back training ride. 21.4 miles in an hour and 21 minutes. I'm feeling sore, but ok. Friday, March 14, 2014. I got in a 61 minute ride between rain showers. 16.3 miles . Ave speed 15.6 mph in a crosswind and hilly terrain. Saturday, March 8, 2014. 189 miles of very windy riding. Lots of traffic. Saturday, March 1, 2014. 148 miles. Terrain was hilly. Some good little climbs. Ave speed 15.6 mph. 56 minutes of riding. Friday, February 28, 2014.
