Day 2 of Treatment 2….God is faithful! August 29, 2012. Day 1 was great. Nothing crazy to speak of. Took a few naps in the chair and hubby picked up a grilled cheese and tomato sammy at my favorite spot! We love to eat together up there. Why does it have to get worse before it gets better? Homeward Bound….well, for now anyway →. Let’s reconnect, shall we? August 3, 2012. Sooooo. it’s almost been a year since my last post. Say it ain’t so! I missed him and we were able to squeeze in a wonderful 4 days in the middle of my treatment. It was a grueling 3 part treatment that is a blog post in itself….I’ll just say that Praise the Lord, I survived! I hear the first 124 hours after surgery is the toughest……. Let’s reconnect, shall we? Why does it have to get worse before it gets better? September 3, 2011. I’ve been home from the hospital since last Thursday – about 9 days. I left the burden of “phase 1” in the hospital parking lot and felt 100% better immediately! I knew I was on the other side of this surgery and that the only thing I needed to do was go home and heal! How could they help me forgive hurtful things that have been said and done?
