Tuesday, December 11, 2012. I don't understand why, but it is so dang hard to find carbonara pasta at Italian restaurants! At, least, thats the case where I live (West Los Angeles). There used to be an Italian restaurant at Westside Pavillion that served carbonara but that place is long gone, and I haven't found another Italian that place to replace it. The next thing to do was make it myself! 1 pound of spaghetti (yes, traditionally it's spaghetti. Bastardized versions may use linguine or fettucine).

Sunday, December 7, 2014. Getting Ready for Christmas: Baking Day. It's me - Gwynith Linette. Bet you thought I'd left the planet, right? Nope, I'm still around. I've just been really busy with things like school and homework and other stuff. Guess what? One of my best friends, Olivia, came over today! And guess what we did? We made a huge mess in the kitchen. We made cupcakes, and cookies, and rice crispy treats. And a gingerbread house! It's so pretty, I don't want to eat it! I can't wait for Christmas!

February 21, 2017. How is it only Tuesday. I ate almost an entire sleeve of Lemonade cookies over 2 days. Damnit.
