October 06, 2010. Or maybe I should say the kids love Lego? While I love the fact that they certainly keep the kids entertained for long periods of time, I find myself constantly picking them up.they seem to be EVERYWHERE! When I found out the LEGO store has a free building event on the first Tuesday of the month, I couldn't resist taking the kids. this month is was a LEGO Frankenstein! And if you enjoy LEGOS as much as we do.you might enjoy checking out this blog. Anyway, as always, super cute pictures!

November 20, 2009. So thankful that even though Tom has such a busy schedule this time of year, we are still able to enjoy moments like these! This week we were at Myrtle Beach for departmental meetings. Such gorgeous weather, much better than last year, when they had record low temperatures! The kids have so much fun playing on the beach. My favorite picture of Kaylee.probably because it captures a moment of stillness in her that is very rare.she is always on the go! Jayden even got a few holes in one!

October 26, 2009. Hot Air Balloon Festival. So this was our second time going to the Hot Air Balloon Festival. We almost didn't go, it was kinda overcast and sprinkling a little this morning, but we decided to chance it, and it turned out to be a beautiful day! Enjoying some ice cream. Kaylee had so much fun playing "soccer" with daddy, while we were waiting for the balloons. Taking a little cotton candy break! And some more soccer. And finally (after2-3 delays! The first hot air balloon is in the air!

April 13, 2009. I am really not doing well at keeping this blog updated! We have really been on the go lately. We just got back from Connecticut last week.Tom's aunt passed away, and we made an unplanned trip up there. It was nice to see everyone.the kids enjoyed spending time with their cousins.here's Jayden, Evan, Zack, and Kaylee. Kaitlyn came over one day while Mikey was in school- and these 3 had so much fun running around and playing outside. They really enjoyed it- lots of crafty stuff to do there!

April 03, 2010. For some reason, this winter seem unusually cold and wet.so we have really been enjoying the sunshine this week! We've had fun playing outside. Kaylee loves exploring the backyard and seeing what kind of flowers she can find. We had to get Kaylee a new helmet- she outgrew her old one. And she was so excited to practice riding her bike. She does pretty well, and her confidence has improved quite a bit since early fall when she first started riding. Jayden had so much fun "helping" daddy mow.
