http://roshnir.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
Reveries of a daydream believer. Saturday, July 29, 2006. My mom and i just made some killer hummous. In a blender we added:. 1 whole headed of garlic (peeled). The juice one one large fresh lemon. 1 can of garbanzo beans. 3 tbsp tahini (sesame butter). And then just blended for a few minutes, and damn did it turn out goooooood! Mind you, the whole head of garlic is a bit much. i *looove* garlic, but for those who fear dragon breath, that's definitely an ingredient that can be cut down upon.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained: Portfolio Company Politics
http://nothingventurednothinggained.blogspot.com/2008/10/portfolio-company-politics.html
Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Thoughts on novel businesses, inspiring entrepreneurs and venture capital. Wednesday, October 01, 2008. I got nervous today when I heard one of my consumer internet. Portfolio companies had posted a political advertisement on YouTube. It seemed obvious to me that any consumer company is likely to alienate half of its customer base by making a political statement. No matter how well-executed the ad, it is guaranteed to hurt business as much as it helps.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Thoughts on novel businesses, inspiring entrepreneurs and venture capital. Sunday, November 02, 2008. Humor without the lies, please. I admit that I'm a frequent reader of Valleywag. A low-brow blog full of silicon valley gossip.
