The Life and Times of a Dietetic Intern. Tuesday, September 28, 2010. Restaurant Review: Tupelo's (Hillsborough, NC). My job has taken me to a new town. This means that there are new restaurants to try. I recently tried a little place in downtown Hillsborough called Tupelo’s. It was delicious (and no relation to Tupelo Honey Café in Asheville). The Life and Times of a Dietetic Intern. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. This was a super yummy side dish and an excellent way to get in some vegetables. I started with a recipe from Kraft Foods but made some adjustments. (Click here. For the original recipe.). 7 cups fresh broccoli florets. 6 slices fully cooked bacon, cut/chopped into bite-sized pieces. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1 cup walnut pieces. 1 1/2 cup coleslaw dressing.
