Saturday, November 24, 2007. IM UPDATING IM UPDATING IM UPDATING. Ok i went to the last 2 bball training. Woo it was tiring but fun maan. I got muscle cramps on the day after my first training. But after the second one no more le. Wa my leg so fast got used to it. Ok the trainging includes:. Running around the bball court 10-12 rounds [OI ITS TOUGH KAY? Alotalot of running which i duno how to explain. Practice on some kind of skill. The first training's skill to learn is to look up while bouncing the ball.
