Today one of my colleague ask me. jayson ah , u didnt smoke ah. our work job so stress , how u relieve ur stress ya? Sunday, 30 August 2009. I have in fourseasons for 1 month already. not bad! Learned how to work 16 hours per day. Go sleep , bcoz tmr gonna work from 8am to 10pm! Its OT $ , but hope can dont work , god will give me money!

Jayson and Shatec Culinary. Wednesday, 24 October 2007. Yoyo , dunno what to write! I got no my own recipe yet lah! But i like to did sth thats special! Maybe thats good in presentation but thats not nice at all. and maybe thats poor presentation and not nice also. haha! I still trying improve myself and get good food for my family , my dear and my friends! YUP , this is what i did when i was attachment in Rossete! Beef gratin with Cheese. Marinated the beef with salt , pepper , olive oil and fresh herb.

Monday, April 23, 2012. I'm just too tired nowadays. Had enough of people. Had enough of work. Had enough of surrounding. Had enough of politics. Noone actually understands what and how i feel. I admit i do have lots of complaints. But, who doesn't have it? I don't know why. Everything seems not right to me. Nothing seems right to me. Right things don't happen to me. I hate this feeling! I hate being accused with mistakes that wasn't even from me. I tried my best to make work smooth. I know my stand.

Monday, January 10, 2011. 2nd Monday of Year 2011. Its the 2nd Monday of Year 2011. Had a very busy morning. My breakfast was a mere small packet of butter waffles. Busy non-stop till lunch time. Was thinking what to eat as it was raining in the afternoon. At last, decided to eat the abalone kuey tiao soup opposite Plaza Pelangi. Was quite disappointed with their service nowadays. Last day and First day. Finally they call me to interview. Friday, 24 July 2009.
