Friday, February 1, 2008. My Veryyy First Postingggg :D. After listening to the class give the first set of speeches, I left with a lot of more information about all of my classmates. I found that most of the students revealed very similar facts about eachother and seemed to feel comfortable while doing it. Friday, February 1, 2008. The speeches that we gave so sar on interviewing another Classmate came out pretty good, considering that they were our first speeches. One thing that I noticed was that several of us were a little nervious when giving our speeches and were saying "um" and "like" often, instead of pausing before a new thought. Some improvements that I could have made in my speech were, not reading directly from the notecards as much and also looking up at everyone in the audiance more often.
