Television campaign for Toyota’s National Sales Event. What if suddenly your desire to get a brand new car was realized when your immediate surroundings transformed into a Toyota sales event? You’d buy a new car, wouldn’t you? I concepted this idea but (full-disclosure) due to my freelance nature, didn’t produce the spots. I would have totally casted different, like had Javier Bardem and Naomi Watts in them and stuff. But the agency staffers did a great job with the spots nonetheless. More me on the net.

Brand design, naming, and campaign development. Rise is business that provides short-term loans for people with credit problems. The goal of our communications was to empower our audience, give them the confidence to be financially responsible and own-up to their debt. The naming and branding that my writing partner and I created for Rise was eventually refined into television commercials and other media. The whimsical tone of these ads makes the prospect of borrowing short-term cash seem less daunting.

Brand and Website design. LifeMates is a dating service, and they have a website, but LifeMates is not an online dating site like Match.com or eHarmony. The communication had the potential to be confusing for the consumer so it was important to convey what kind of service LifeMates offers especially since their website is the main portal for new customer acquisition. Instead of having lots of pages, this design used a continuous scroll to reduce the likelihood of a user clicking away from the site.
