QUAN AN TAM is a Vietnamese home cooking restaurant which is located on the second floor of JIYUGAOKA DEPARTMENT STORE. I don't know if it is popular in their country, but they are well-known for STEAMED spring rolls. You can find how tender and rubbery the steamed rolls are.
