J Louise's Blog. Still in the fog. February 13, 2015. It has been a tough week. My head is so foggy right now that I can’t think of a succinct way to describe this week. The amount of stress from work is high at the moment which has resulted in frayed tempers and confusion (not just my own). My nightmares have also returned with a vengeance. When I go through periods of dark moods, my mind can get crowded and I find I don’t enjoy reading as much as I usually do. It has been a growing storm – high stress, long hours at work, nightmares, disrupted sleep, limited exercise and high periods of anxiety which included a severe panic attack.
