Tuesday, August 05, 2008. On Location, August 2, 2008. August 1-3, I had the pleasure of being involved in the shooting of a short independent film shot and set in Chicago and written, produced, and directed by my friend Splotchy. I was the sound recordist on the project, operating the boom mic, the mixer, and audio electronics stuff like that. It was an opening and a great learning experience for me.
