http://thebarbaloneys.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
An attempt to join the 21st century and its version of a family diary. Friday, November 21, 2008. We finally got our computer back last week. It was running very slowly and then just stopped running. My friend Rich performed the magically deeds and it works beautifully now- thanks Rich! Which is only about 10 minutes from our house. Aine enjoying the water. The columns in the background were saved from the Capitol building when then were doing a 19th century addition. Aine trying to feed the (hungry) koi.

An attempt to join the 21st century and its version of a family diary. Monday, November 2, 2009. Trick or Treat - Buzz! Aine very much enjoyed her Halloween. We went over to the Smiths and did their loop of town houses and that was perfect. She also enjoyed handing out candy at the door. Now, we just need to get her to moderate the intake of her loot! An attempt to join the 21st century and its version of a family diary. Thursday, March 12, 2009. Eleven hours after the induction began it became apparent that this little one wanted to come into the world the same way her sister did- via cesarean. So at 3:52 AM EDT Genevieve Maloney arrived. Her stats: Weight: 8 lbs 3 oz; Height: 20 3/4 inches. Mom and baby are doing well. We hope to have the whole family home on Sunday. Tuesday, March 10, 2009. Here We Go. . . The Barbaloneys: February 2010
http://thebarbaloneys.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
An attempt to join the 21st century and its version of a family diary. Saturday, February 6, 2010. Forgot About the Blog! Sorry to be so delinquent in updating this blog. I forget that not everyone has access to Facebook and it is remarkably easier to post things there. We are looking forward to 2010 since we know about 11 babies that are due this year. I know people want pictures and videos, so I've put some of both below. Enjoy! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Forgot About the Blog! And Elyse Makes Three.

The Barbaloneys: October 2009
http://thebarbaloneys.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
An attempt to join the 21st century and its version of a family diary. Friday, October 30, 2009. Once again, I have gone AWOL from this blog. School is keeping me very busy, as are the two wee ones. Here is a video of Aine trying to get Viva to laugh. It is amazing to see how hard Viva laughs for Aine, Beth and I don't even come close to humoring her as much. Finally, here are our new wheels to replace Seamus. Let's hope the Mazda5 will also make it to 249k miles! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Barbaloneys: August 2009
http://thebarbaloneys.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
An attempt to join the 21st century and its version of a family diary. Sunday, August 16, 2009. Summer is Ending. . .For Me. Well, I have one more day of being home with the girls. I'm not sure what we will do tomorrow, but I hope it will be fun. Just writing it out does not do it justice. I also spent a few days in Colorado Springs helping Thomas MacLaren Charter School. Get up and running. It was nice to be back in the Centennial State, but the 12 hour days did not lend themselves to doing much vis...

An attempt to join the 21st century and its version of a family diary. Sunday, February 22, 2009. Here are some pictures of our soon-to-be new home. We close on the DC house on 2/27 and then close on the VA house on 3/16. Somewhere in between the two dates we anticipate welcoming Baby Maloney #2. PS: Sorry about the song. I didn't realize it was on there until too late. My fault for blogging on a machine with the speakers turned off. Thursday, February 19, 2009. Home Stretch (pun intended). We actually r...

The Barbaloneys: Already in the Thick of It
http://thebarbaloneys.blogspot.com/2009/09/already-in-thick-of-it.html
An attempt to join the 21st century and its version of a family diary. Saturday, September 5, 2009. Already in the Thick of It. Well, things have proven to be busy at school- just as I suspected. We are a few full-time teachers shy so a lot of us are picking up an extra class. This combined with the largest senior class to date (and, therefore, all the college applications I will work on) has already made the first two weeks of school fly by. Anyway, my quieter moments are filled with such questions.

One Sheep's Journey: July 2008
http://onesheepsjourney.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Today was a reality check. I am exhausted, physically, mentally, emotionally.I'm done. I woke up late, not late for anything in particular, but just late in general for me. My body hurts, every inch of it, just aches constantly. I sleep on ice and live on over the counter pain killers.lovely I know. I'm failing my summer class. I'm so behind in my reading, I've quit. What's the point? Posted by Amy Walker. Tuesday, July 29, 2008. Posted by Amy Walker. Thursday, July 24, 2008.

One Sheep's Journey: February 2009
http://onesheepsjourney.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 14, 2009. True Love for Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day is known as a day of love. Heart shaped candy's, boxes, balloons, etc. But where does human love come from? Where else but from God. God is Love, it is He who has given us the ability to love. When we love someone else, it is only possible because God has given us that love. Have you ever stopped to consider the depths of God's love for us? How about if it was your only child? The Bible is full of His love for us.check it out.
