Excellent views of the Sierras from the Hot Tub. Valley of Fire Stage Race 2014.

Wailua River Kayaking and Secret Waterfall Hike in Kauai | International Waters

Scott's semi-comedic adventures in cycling, travel, and photography. Wailua River Kayaking and Secret Waterfall Hike in Kauai. January 18, 2014. The Wailua river itself is beautiful – it’s surrounded by vegetation (often with blooming flowers), and it has a slow, wide channel. The water is cool and refreshing, but still warm enough for swimming when it’s raining or overcast. Coming from the Sierras, I felt a little spoiled. My disturbing impression of a bat, as viewed from below. I also thought this woul...

The trail started off fairly abruptly with an ascent through some rocky stair-steps, and this quickly transitioned to slightly muddy clay. But after only 20 minutes or so, we were rewarded with some awesome views of the coast. The island seemed unsure whether or not to rain on us, but the rain cleared out for some good photo opportunities. Mountain views from the trail.

Scott's semi-comedic adventures in cycling, travel, and photography. April 1, 2013. So I set out with some momentum from my 3rd place from Red Kite, and a whole lot of Britney Spears inspiration in my veins. It all came together in the sprint, and I got my first win of the year! Pete and CJ from Team Clif Bar really brought the acting in my videos to a higher level for this one – enjoy:. It’s Britney, Bitch. 2 thoughts on “ Land Park Criterium. Kendall F. Scott's semi-comedic adventures in cycling, travel, and photography. Valley of Fire Stage Race 2014. March 10, 2014. I’ve returned from the Valley of Fire State Park outside Overton, NV, and my first stage race of the season is now in the books! The bad news is that my race results are in … like, the very, very back of the book – I raced awfully. The good news is that even a lousy race still turned into an adventure-packed weekend. Wide-open vistas in the Valley of Fire. 8221; I looked down to see that G...
