The kids woke up to some small Easter baskets at our house and were really excited about that. And then the grandparents hid all these Easter eggs in their backyard, so in the afternoon we went over there and the kids had so much fun finding eggs. So, when I got in my car this afternoon, I glanced up at the temperature gauge on my rear view mirror and saw this . . . Now, I understand that there are other places in the country that were even colder today (like, SD which was -42! But I'm a California girl . . born and raised in the DESERT! I don't DO negative temps! And that was even BEFORE accounting for the wind chill factor! He finally did it!

Life: As I know it. My humble perspective from my little place in this world. Thursday, June 05, 2008. So Fresh and So Clean Clean! There's plenty of room for him to play, kick, splash, etc., but without having to waste water by filling up the entire (big) bath tub. And, I like that I can just deflate this tub and pack it easily when we travel (which we do A LOT)! We tried it out last night for the first time (along w/ Micah's brand new robe that we got from a shower before he was born). My hubby and me.

From My Perspective, Life Is Good. August 12, 2009. More Recent Belly Shots. Little Buddy likes to "pose" with me. He will stand and put his hands on his belly just like I do. Or, he just stands sideways, if I turn sideways. Cracks me up. Standing just like mommy. "Um, mommy? Why are we standing against the wall like this? Wednesday, June 17, 2009. In February we had a huge snow storm, so we took a day trip to Tehachapi to play. Riley and Andrew sledding! Riley just screamed the whole way down the hill,. He was having a blast. In March we moved! So if the stress of having a new baby and adjusting to being a mother of two wasn't enough, we added in the move and the week of painting and cleaning to the mix. I'm still tired! Molly at 4 months, still only weighing 10.2 and finally wearing 3 month clothes.

Tuesday, September 16, 2008. Ok, so I know it's been awhile. It seems like this summer flew by and we really didn't do a whole lot. It was a long, hot summer for us and I'm glad it's almost fall. In June we did Vacation Bible School and this year Riley was able to participate more and not just be babysat while I volunteered. This was a surprise to me and I loved seeing him involved in all the singing and dancing. Andrew and Riley just floating, how we spend most of the day at the lake.
