Perseverance is the key to success…. Boyfriend wants me to blog today…. I did “White”…it was actually a perfect day, the weather was warm-ish, so running the 400s weren’t awful! 21 lunges with 45# overhead. I finished in 30:33 and got this…. Matt and I went to Montreal to see the Pens play against the Canadiens. We bet on the game…. Canadiens win: I do 500 burpees. Pens win: Matt does 500 burpees and we go kitty cat shopping! Its big and awesome and has a pink hibiscus (like my tattoo) on the other side.

Monday, 23 April 2012. Like I have already mentioned, this year is going to the year that things change. I'm fed up of thinking that if xyz changes, I'd feel better but I really do believe now that I am the only one who is capable of changing things for me. This means I want to do more things for me. The last week I've been working with Jane on her recall in the backyard off-leash. She'll just be minding her own business, sniffing out crickets or resting in the shade. I'll raise my arm up, say Jane, come! Coupled with a hand gesture and she'll go off and find something to do. A neighbor appears within sight as they hang out on a deck. Thats huge for Jane!
