http://journeytoacentum.blogspot.com/2010/01/training-is-going-well-with-this.html
Sunday, January 24, 2010. Training is going well with this weekends run of the Pigtails 50K in 4:47. I was surprised to find that this is my second fastest 50K. Steve Stoyles and I ran strong on the hilly but runnable course. After three 9.6 mile loops of Lake Youngs we felt strong on the 2.2 mile out and back. Not bad for a couple of guys with a combined 106 years of life experience. Journey to a Centum. Bob - BlogMYruns.com. Congrats Eric on smoking that 50k, keep up the good work. Awesome 50K time, Er...

Twenty Six Down: May 2010
http://fivedown.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 09, 2010. Ragnar Relay - LA 2010. It has been just over two weeks since I ran this incredibly fun event and I thought I'd better get it down on blog "paper" before the specific become any fuzzier. The journey to this race started a long time ago. I'd read blog accounts of others that have done similar races, like Hood to Coast, and they always sounded like a lot of good fun. I received a flyer. I immediately emailed her an offered myself to the team if they had any openings. Her initial.

Are we there yet?: December 2008
http://stoyles-arewethereyet.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Are we there yet? Sunday, December 14, 2008. I am sorry to report that there was no marathon involved in the making of this vacation. There was also no animal testing. We tested the beer and wine on humans. And neither of us had any tequila at all. Amazing. Our room was fabulous. Here is the view from our balcony. Here is one last picture I promised Rick. Are we there yet?: January 2012
http://stoyles-arewethereyet.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Are we there yet? Sunday, January 29, 2012. So, I have always had sink protectors and my favorites were clear. I found these at Ross as bath mats and cut them to fit my sinks. They cost a total of $10 when the ones I have purchased before have been at least $10 each. Everyone who saw them thought there was ice in the sink. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sarahspace: Want to change the world? Learn another language
http://saraheaton.blogspot.com/2010/04/want-to-change-world-learn-another.html
A space for family, friends and whoever else wants to stop by. Thursday, April 29, 2010. Want to change the world? For the past 7 or 8 years I've been contemplating the relationship between leadership and language learning. I spent most of my late teens and 20s studying literature and learning other languages. Then I went on to teach Spanish for a number of years, focusing in on that one language, and learning more about Hispanic culture. Want to change the world? Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? from mile to marathon: nothing as powerful as imagination
http://smileatmile20.blogspot.com/2014/03/nothing-as-powerful-as-imagination.html
From mile to marathon. The journey of a thousand leagues begins from beneath your feet. Thursday, March 27, 2014. Nothing as powerful as imagination. The last two miles of the race, in the dark, I couldn't see much, and I was limping on my left leg, but here's the insane thing: I felt that, if it weren't for the limp and the temporary eye problem, I could have done another twenty miles or so. I mean, right there and then - I could have done two more loops, maybe. Posted by runliarun @ 2:04 PM. I started ...

Always up for a run. Thursday, November 29, 2007. 5 facts tag, but I'm doing 6. As most of you already know and have participated in some serious blog tagging game swirling around the blogsphere. I was tagged some time ago by Deene. Then just recently by C. Thanks for thinking of me, I guess I’ll play. First in the family to graduate from college(& graduate school) and I have a jumble of older siblings. I miss coaching little league soccer. from mile to marathon: duke city
http://smileatmile20.blogspot.com/2013/10/duke-city.html
From mile to marathon. The journey of a thousand leagues begins from beneath your feet. Friday, October 25, 2013. That was okay, until it started to bother me that no one noticed the "Free Leonard Peltier" sign I wore over the shirt, which must have been much more conspicuous than the stretch of fabric, Portland-issued or not. A man stretching on the side of the road resumed his run. I had already passed him when he said, "Cool shirt.". I raised my hand in acknowledgement, tired of hearing about Portland.
from mile to marathon: this week was easy
http://smileatmile20.blogspot.com/2013/10/this-week-was-easy.html
From mile to marathon. The journey of a thousand leagues begins from beneath your feet. Wednesday, October 30, 2013. This week was easy. I did 12 miles on Saturday, a last sweet trail run on Sunday, a couple of short jogs, and a leisurely bike ride. I plan for a last swim tomorrow, and then there is only the race. This week is. easy. Otherwise, training for this 50-miler was pretty cool. Posted by runliarun @ 2:25 PM. New Mexico, United States. View my complete profile. The Back of the Pack.

Journey to a Bump and Beyond
Journey to a Bump and Beyond. Wednesday, June 3, 2009. My baby will turn 8 in just over a week. I'm not even sure how that happened. I can remember different times throughout my life when one parent or the other would say "It seems like it was only yesterday when you were born! Suddenly I understood what my parents had meant all those years all all it took was three small words. The first time I heard them 11 years ago it was "It's a girl! Then again 8 years ago when I heard "It's a boy! Holidays are alw...

Everything went on smoothly from the time I acquired my ISBN to the time that I sent for my final copy. What I like most about working with CreateSpace is that I can call them even in the wee hours of the morning. It would drive me crazy if I have a question and I have to wait for the next day to get my answer. Christine "Chrissi" L. Villa. Links to this post. Before scou...

Journey to a Contented Life
Saturday, July 4, 2009. About “You Promised Me! There are times in our lives when we can feel the touch of the Divine, I think. When we are moved by something bigger than us. Certainly when it comes to those times of life and death. Links to this post. I arrived at the meeting room early, like usual. I'm chronically early. Obsessively early. Maybe even pathologically early. I can't help it. I hate being late. This is the person you will spend the rest of your life with.". Oh, no. Not me. No way. This is ...
