Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Well, we're here in Beijing. We found our driver no problem, he's also our guide for our time in Beijing; he's very nice. The boys got done and ran off to play, leaving me at the table with the two littles. I put a few pieces of Jenna's dinner onto her highchair tray, and there was one piece that was actually 3 pieces stuck together. JTL holds EthioFest community get-togethers to raise money for the schools and schoolchildren projects we support. Elas School needs to expand from K-5th grade up to 8th grade. Classrooms need to be built and supplied. Bakanwote School needs major rebuilding and renovation work, as well as books, shelving, chairs and tables for the library.
