We dedicated Josiah Timothy Gerdes to the Lord today! At the beginning of the ceremony, I was asked to give a little 1-minute "schpeel" and this is what I said: "Good morning! Not my dad. He's used EVERY situation to glorify God. He views each health challenge as a way to reach out to others and testify to God's mercy, grace, and healing!

It feels like just yesterday that we were snuggling with him at the hospital, rejoicing in our successful VBAC, praising the Lord for our healthy baby, and adjusting to being a family of 4. Josiah has brought SO much joy to our lives and to the lives of MANY others already in his first two years of life! It's so sweet...

My Family from WiddlyTinks.com. Saturday, May 14, 2011. JEREMIAH DANIEL IS 3 YEARS OLD! Today, Jeremiah turns 3 years old! Where did the time go? It seems like just yesterday that we were rushing to the hospital, when my water broke two weeks before Jeremiah's due date! How was that 3 years ago, already? When Jeremiah came into my life 3 years ago, he fulfilled a lifelong dream of mine: to be a mommy. I am SO blessed to his mom and I praise the Lord for giving Jeremiah to me! He is SO precious to me!

Calendrier de l’Avent. Je ne veux inquiéter personne, mais Noël approche. Ne plus lambiner pour les décos de Noël. Qui attend le printemps pour son sapin, ne verra pas à sa cheminée le Bonhomme Noël. Noël approche, c’est cro minion! Attention, #Noël est “crisogène”. Toutes les fêtes de famille (et la distribution de cadeaux, surtout en saison électorale) provoquent des tensions, des sentiments d’injustice, voire des crises d’atrabilarsime, c’est comme ça. Les stages chez le Père Noël ne sont pas rémunérés.

Il y a tellement de choses à dire sur noel! Mais pour l'instant , je vais vous parler de ses origines mais tres brièvement . j' approfondirai le sujet surement plus tard , car je suis impatiende de vous faire par de choses plus distrayantes :). Bref le sapin de Noel vient surement de l'arbre au fruits du mal que Adan et Eve ont mangées .
