Robbie, Jennifer, Kayla, Emma and Ava. Monday, May 31, 2010. Robbie's Graduation from Basic Training. Robbie as a gunner in the Caymen. Still using his electrical skills even in Iraq. And last but definately not least.a couple from the Raleigh History Museum we visited in March. This Flag was flown in 2004 during Operation Iraqi Freedom. This plaque listed the names of the 30th HBCT soldiers who lost their lives during Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003-2005 and the 2009-2010 Deployment that Robbie was with.

The feeling of autumn is solidified for me by fruits and vegetables. This is the season when pumpkins, squash, and a new favorite, persimmons become available. At a nearby orchard, we were able to pick a couple of pounds of Fuyu Asian Persimmons.
