Last time when I made portuguese egg tart, I have a leftover box of cream in fridge. So with vanilla seeds straight from vanilla pod, some milk, sugar and gelatin sheets, I have made these Panna Cotta as the dessert on a Sunday night! Can't help but sharing the pics if my homemade prawn dish last night! So crunchy and delicious! Even the shells can be eaten, good source of calcium, too!

TC2 - random dinner! 跟 J 小姐的隨意晚飯， 那天人在太子，所以也就在附近選吃的啦。這家小店早就想試，不過地方好像有點不就腳，這晚時間尚早又不妨走一趟？餐廳在一堆車房之中，佔兩層，六時多一點來到，店家要我們八時前交檯也就沒難度啦。 看餐牌有 set dinner 也有散點，最後就要了一份 set 再散點一些來吃。set dinner 包沙律和湯，這個蔬果沙律分量不多，材料也大多是蘋果 (最多是不同種類的蘋果啦)，不過質素不錯，吃下口爽甜多汁，難得沙拉醬的分量也不太多，墊底的生菜也沒欺場，翠緣爽口，是個不錯的綠葉啊。 飲品要了 coconut chocolate，椰子味沒啥，朱古力味佔多數，入口挺滑身，而且畫的豬樣也很可愛的就是。 65309;＝＝. Thursday, November 15, 2012. 跟 D 小姐慶祝生日，我和她都在灣仔上班，就選了某個下午，在這間大家都未試過、但又開了差不多一年的餐廳吃飯去。第一次試用 openrice 上面的網上訂座功能，午飯前也有打電話來 re-confirm，大家也好像會感覺安心一點。 要了兩份午市定食，前菜是沙拉，感覺很像吃草 (？)，蔬菜有點乾，種類也少；和風芝麻醬下得不夠多，吃起來沒甚麼味道。 定食分類基本上是魚生飯 or 熟食定食 刺身，這幾片刺身是 D 小姐那份套餐的，看上去有點乾，不過吃的那位說赤身沒有筋，質素不錯云云。 D 小姐的鰻魚飯，鰻魚的分量相當大，試了少許，食味正常，不算太有亮點。 這餐廳分兩層，地下的座位只得十個，那天我們坐的閣樓，座位數目也差不多，不過閣樓的樓底偏低，環境比較嘈，侍應走上走落其實都幾氣喘。買單約 $240，以魚生飯的價位來說不算貴，質素中上的一家餐廳呀。 Bespoke Coffee and KC Coffee. 先說 Bespoke，是某個閒日 tea time 的時候闖進去，那時全場...Cake and co...

Saturday, September 7, 2013. 跟友人吃飯，他喜歡吃素食，想起這家新開不久的店，評價滿不錯，找天來試試也好，反正鄙人對蔬菜／素食一類也不抗拒，甚或其實係幾喜歡添。訂座的時候折騰一會才有位，到餐廳才知道原來格局是一大張長檯＋兩張四人小桌，我們兩位，自然是坐在長檯一角了啦。 Menu 除了一般那款，也寫在黑板上，還有好些 off menu 的菜式寫上去啦。 Salad 類要了這個 herbivores salad. 78)，材料有生菜、梨、火龍果、西柚之類，全部都新鮮清爽，dressing 是也下了果汁，難得味道足夠也不單調，質素非常不錯，不過分量多一點的話就更好啦。 主菜之一要了 the melting pot. 48)，一小砵的分量，薯仔稍稍煎香再混上香草 (不就是 herby potatoes 嘛⋯)，沒多下調味，香草也帶得出薯仔的香甜，簡單卻好吃的一道。 另外的 main dish 要了 truffles carbonara.
