January 19, 2009. 有美芳芳還有她一群公司朋友, 一起去Whistler 滑雪. 過著三天都早上七點半起床的生活, 雖然沒有綠茶北鼻擠著睡, 但是有美芳一起分享著被窩, 還是很幸福咧. 有很多人陪著一搭一唱, 陪著滑雪, 陪著玩boardgame. 但是同時我也為自己的技術感到灰心, 依然克服不了速度感, 也無法跨越對坡度的恐懼. January 23, 2009. 綠茶打了兩天的噴嚏, 包了兩天的棉被, 整隻病懨懨, 感覺很虛弱. 醫生量了體重(又被念超重), 量了體溫, 一切正常. 醫生說打噴嚏不要緊, 可能是因為灰塵, 又有可能是他一直清理身體, 所以才會有這種反應. 聽到這兩個字, 讓我全身不由得癢了起來, 因為我每天沒事就抱他, 晚上還一起睡咧………. @ @. 醫生又繼續解釋了一下, 說喵會自己把跳蚤吃掉, 但是還是要治療一下, 因為家裡其他地方的跳蚤可能會繼續跳到他身上. 這樣聽起來也不錯, 我也不用去找跳蚤在哪裡, 反正他們最終都會跳到綠茶身上咩…😛. 我真搞不清楚跳蚤從哪裡來, 我一直以為indoor的喵不會長跳蚤, 有可能是古早以前隔壁那隻喵帶進來的. 不過話說回來, 綠茶根本沒生病, 幹嘛還裝虛弱. 尤其當我幫他包裹毛毯的時候, 她淚眼汪汪地看著我, 楚楚可憐的模樣眞令人心疼. 現在想起來, 原來一切都是誤會, 讓綠茶這小子名正言順地睡了兩天好覺. = =. Jan 31, 2015. 好久沒去舊金山喝咖啡. 今天傍晚和 Alice 逛完街之後, 一起去了想去好久的 Sightglass. 我點的是 Hooker's Mocha. 和一般 Mocha 不一樣, 他使用的是 Hooker chocolate, 有點 bittersweet, 所以喝起來苦苦酸酸的, 很特別! Mocha 的 Foam 打得沒有很厚, 所以很快就可以伴著奶泡喝到咖啡. 這家店沒有很多 Pastry, 不確定我們是來得太晚還是本來供應的量就不多. Mission 店裡面沒有很多人, 所以讓我和 Alice 很盡情地聊了一番! Jan 11, 2015. 這幾天在台灣沒事, 看了一本 威士忌入門漫畫. 書裡面提到了 Old Pal 調酒, 昨天晚上馬上在 Trio Bitters 喝到! Old Pal 主要是Whisky 加上苦酒 Vermouth 和 Campari. 而 Trio Bitters 用的基酒是 Bourbon. Campari 是紅色的苦酒, 所以 Old Pal 也是以紅色調呈現. Related Article: Old Pal. Jan 9, 2015.

Only Lovers Left Alive. 綜合了詭異, 黑暗, 浪漫和唯美! 世上只剩下你和我, 生存的世界不再有刺激的希望, 但是因為愛人, 所以一定會活下去. 主角是一對經歷幾個世紀的吸血鬼夫妻, 支持他們生存下去的, 是新鮮純淨的血液, 對彼此的摯愛, 以及滋潤心靈的音樂和文學. 整部電影沒有太大的起伏, 由他們的生活和一些小橋段構成. 但是氣氛塑造地很好, 電影主色很 Mahogany, 髮型妝容都非常地出色. 尤其是 Tilda 的頭髮, 到底是怎麼梳地這麼澎, 這麼地有空氣感! 而我最愛的一幕影像, 就是吸血鬼男抱著吸血鬼女, 把頭埋在她的頸窩. 可以這樣呵護自己心愛的人是多麼幸福地一件事情. 不用怕, 有我在, 你不用害怕! 如果是這樣地保護帥哥, 一定是 100% 沒問題的 ). My Scotland Diary - Highlands 1. 蘇格蘭高地(Highlands) 是我們這一次旅遊的重頭戲. 我的行程規劃主要是參考 DK Scotland. 建議的 "Highlands 10 天" 的路線. 另外, 因為爸媽喜歡 Hiking, 所以我也安排了一些走路行程, Walk Highlands. 是我主要參考的網站, 他有提供 Trail Head 的坐標點, 所以讓 GPS 導覽變得很簡單. 網站也給詳細的 Trail 路線資料, 不過他字太多, 我有點懶得看, 所以通常是 Loop 的 Trail, 我都把他簡化成走到累就原路折返的方式. 整個 Highlands 我們是以開車遊覽的, 路線如下. Highlands 的東部, 北部, 還有很多有名的島嶼, 因為時間不夠, 所以沒辦法一一造訪. 這一篇 Blog 的重點是在路線的下半部 A (Edinburgh) - J (Mallaig). Stirling Castle (Lower B). 一直搞錯) 雖然是表姑, Elizabeth不過只大瑪麗九歲而已. 去完 Inveraray C...

Mar 29, 2015. Coffee] Andytown Coffee Roasters. 春暖花開, 晴朗的星期天最適合去舊金山來個 Brunch Coffee 行程. 今天的 Coffee Spot 是 Andytown Coffee Roasters. Andytown 是一家小型 neighborhood 咖啡館, 雖然是不熱鬧的 outer sunset neighborhood, 但是還是擠了滿滿的人. 這家咖啡館最著名的是 Snowy Plover, 是個加了汽泡水的奶蓋冰濃縮咖啡. 如果喜歡甜一點的人, 可以把 Whipped Cream 攪開, 不然, 就是讓它漂浮在咖啡上, 慢慢的透進咖啡, 加入一點點的甜味. Craftsman and Wolves 的招牌是 The Rebel Within. 鹹味 Muffin 裡面加了個半熟蛋! 現場吃冷的沒有很impressive, 我想烤過熱熱的 The Rebel Within 也許會更人喜愛! 除了 The Rebel Within, Craftsman and Wolves 還有很多不同的美味甜點! 圖裡面右邊的是 Pear Tart, 彎曲的薄餅乾裡面是放了浸過糖水的梨!

May 7, 2015. 最近很喜歡點蠟燭, 享受暗暗的房間只留下一盞燭光, 飄著自己喜歡的味道. Jo Malone: Incense and Embers. Jo Malone 是英國有名的香氛牌. Incense and Embers 的香味偏中性風, 可以鎮定情緒. 不甜膩, 走中式薰菸路線! Feb 25, 2015. 今天高中同學在回憶當年, 突然提起了辛棄疾. 辛棄疾, 好遙遠的人呀! 每天都很想你, 想跟你散步, 想跟你分享心情. 想念你的擁抱, 想念你的 butterfly kiss. Feb 22, 2015. 好友 Dave 來米國出差, 在他待在美國的最後一天陪他吃了頓飯. SPQR 開在 Fillmore 上面, 我常常經過看到他, 但完全沒想到這麼強大厲害. 主廚以創意菜色聞名, 服務過許多有名餐廳, 像Thomas Keller 的 Per Se 還有 Craftsteak. 因為是臨時起意, 所以只好到現場排隊, 等了差不多一個小時. 我們兩人分了一道前菜, 兩道麵食, 一道甜點, 外加一人一杯紅酒和一杯餐後酒. 哇 吃得好爽呀! 8220;fegato d’oca” duck liver, plum stuffed onion bun, hazelnut and hibiscus apple. 上排最左邊是 hibiscus Apple, 吃的時候一直想不起來到底這是什麼水果! 可能是加了 Hibiscus 調味, 所以加了一些不同的甜度, 有種西瓜的淡味呦!

Ice Cream] Mr and Mrs Miscellaneous. 雖然我一心想去 Bi-Rite, 但是還是被朋友說服去試試新的口味! 所以我們去了 Dogpatch 的 Mr and Mrs Miscellaneous! 話說, 現在冰淇淋店如果沒有 hipster FU 似乎就不能稱為冰淇淋店了! 但是 Earl Grey 被朋友點走了最後一球, 所以我只好轉向 Jasmine Green Tea! 這家可惜的地方是不像 Bi-Rite 可以點 Single Order 但分成不同口味的兩小球. Apr 30, 2015. My Scotland Diary - Isle of Skye. 只好期待一鼓作氣在 2015 H1 完成! 這一篇主要是記載 Upper A 的 Isle of Skye. Isle of Skye 算是我 Scotland 之旅的重頭戲, 光名字就讓人覺得是個很美的地方! Isle of Skye 是 Scotland 的外島, 遊客可以選擇從 Mallaig (Lower J) 坐船過去, 然後從島的右側開車跨過大橋回本島, 類似這篇 Blog 的路線. 因為想體驗一下坐船, 所以我的行程是坐船過去, 然後開車回來, 不過坐船有一些風險, 如果風太大的話, 船是不會開的. Fort William (Lower H) to Mallaig (Lower J) 是俗稱的 Road to Skye, 在 Road to Skye 的起點會有一個標示告訴你今天船隻運行的狀態, 目的就是不要你白跑一躺去不了 Isle of Skye. 我們搭船的前一天就是處於風太大不開的狀態, 著實讓我擔心了一下. 好在第二天早上風速減緩, 雖然還是陰陰地飄著小雨. 雖然已經是早上十點, 但...
