I went for a boatride on the river, looked at lots of cool things like Big Ben, houses of parliament, Tower of London, Tower bridge, went to 2 museums (british Museum and the Museum of Natural History) which were both freee! Sunday, August 15, 2010. Camping, hiking, Geocaching! Went camping for 2 nights. lots of rain and grey clouds but today: sunshine! And beautiful temperature. 20 degrees, sunshine, wind. NICE. So we went for a hike and tried out our new GPS unit and went geocaching. Never heard of it? Montag, 31. August 2009. Vor kurzem waren mein Gastvater, sein Sohn Jery und Jery´s Töchter Onahlee und Hanna und Ich zusammen in Detroit im Zoo. Es war so cool, weil´s nicht so heiß war und dann haben sich die meisten Tiere bewegt. Onahlee und Hannah hatten voll Spaß und Onahlee hat mir von ihren Tieren erzählt, sie ist so süß :). Gestern waren Barb, Elysa, Haley, Jill, Jake, Jeff und ich bei den Detroit Fireworks. Die finden jedes Jahr statt und werden sogar auf´s Fernsehn übertragen. Barb´s Tochter arbeitet im Rencen, vor dem das Feuerwerk statt findet und hat Tickets für uns bekommen. Auf dem Detroit River waren 3(! Abonnieren Kommentare zum Post (Atom).

Oh lots of stuff to talk about today.Not really ;-) I had a good day at school and I'm incredibly tired because we had another 2 hour Basketball practice. Oh yeah. Well, I mentioned it before, right? I got a Bible for Christmas. A nice, big, new ,(green haha), study Bible. And, well I started reading where you usually start reading a book- on the very first page. Afterwards I figured, actually I should really start at the beginning. I don't think so.

This lake has water that meets the criteria for drinking water! This is UNDER WATER! Also- 4 degrees. So I think I'm coming back in summer for some snorkelling. Beautiful Austrian town of Salzburg! 2014 so far. :-). So this winter I've been hiking a lot! One of those rare times it actually snowed :-).
