Letter to my Eating Disorder. Friday, May 2, 2014. I do feel recovered. I will be honest though. I still have fear foods that I choose to avoid most of the time. I do choose to stuff my emotions down with food when I am tired, sad, overwhelmed and when issues come up for me from time to time. I still binge every so often. What has changed is how I deal with those situations. The next day isn't as hard for me anymore I just get up and move forwards and try to learn from the situation or relapse moment.

Letter to my Eating Disorder. Thursday, January 24, 2013. When you feel like you have put on ten kilos over night, its just the voice of Anorexia and Bulimia. It really baffles me how much my eyes lie to me, it's like the voice of anorexia and bulimia takes over my vision. I may eat normally and healthily these days, and I have come a long way, although there is still more to go. We forget to sit in the moment and celebrate our successes. Can you communicate better? Do you understand the illness better?
