The journal of junots baking journey sharing tried and tested recipes. Monday, January 25, 2010. Kenny rogers vanilla muffins. I just had enough of muffins. 3days in a row. The last-est was kenny-rogers muffins. I got the recipe from here. Preheat oven to 175Celcius. Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs one by one. add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into the batter. Add milk. mix till combined. Pour into muffin cups. Bake at 175Celcius for 20mins. The above recipe yield 24muffin cups! Bismillahir...
