Also, as a rare transport utiliser I am more conscious of what I look like when I’m on public transport- regular travellers seem fine with spitting/nose picking/butt scratching/crotch scratching/all over body scratching as the entire platform stands and waits for the train- I for one only feel comfortable picking my nose behind the privacy of my darkly tinted car windows… But – when in Rome….
