J'ai bu 250 ml avant et après, j'ai mangé ci avant, ça après. J'ai couru à ♡h de la journée. Petit-déjeuner : 2 œufs brouillés cuits dans l'huile d'olive avec du gruau nature accompagnée de petits fruits. J'ai bu 500 ml d'eau. Goûter : 1 pomme avec 250 ml d'eau. Goûter : 1 poignée de carottes crues avec du humus avec 250 ml d'eau.
