Monday, January 5, 2009. 160; The kids went back to school today and when Jacob arrived home, he proudly produced his list of 5 resolutions for the year. They were pretty basic and mostly genuine. He said he wanted to practice baseball, basketball, and soccer, exercise more, and save money! 160;He really is concerned about the economy! 160;I hope I can deliver. Sunday, June 7, 2009. Our Hike to the 'Y'. Actually, Pete and Kiera were coming down the mountain as we were going up- they had to be somewhere by 10:00, so they went early and did the hike. I guess we should have all gone at 6:00 in the morning so that we could have gone with them! This is a picture of Gene and Kailee at the top and overlooking the Utah Valley. Monday, January 26, 2009. Jeff was in a car accident on Jan 20 and this is the car! We are so lucky he wasn't hurt worse than he was. He was taken to the ER in Ambulance and they did a CT to see if there was any internal damage and there was none! He only bruised his hips and chest pretty bad. He is doing better but still pretty sore. I can only say Thank heavens it wasn't w0rse. I know he was being watched over that day and I am so grateful he was able to walk away with minor injuries.

We have had 3 more grandkids since our last family picture was taken, so I figured it was time for a new one. Gene wanted a picture with just us and the grandkids- there is a lady sitting on a bench right behind us. She wouldn't move for anything. haha! And there she is!
