Doug and Charisse (and Benjamin). May 9, 2013. If you are at a loss for fun date ideas, add this one to the list: sportsplex. We went to one in east Durham and had more fun than I thought we would. So either I had low expectations, or Doug makes anything fun, or it's nice to have some alone time. Or all three. My form is horrible. And my hands are still bruised! I barely made the cut ;). Tuesday, January 6, 2015. When my parent were in town we went to downtown Philly and did a few of the sites. We went to see the Liberty Bell but we weren't able to get the tickets to Independence Hall (next time). The kids played with Grandpa while we waited in line to see the Liberty Bell. Some of the outside things to look at while we wait. The kids just liked walking around. History about the bell and time period. Independence Hall is behind them. The Christmas trains and village at Redding Terminal.

Drain me so completely. Compete for my husband's time. Close off some friendships and open up others. Mean managing incredible pressures from all sides. Make me decide which important things are more important. Blur some lines and sharpen others. Make me look young and naive to others. I couldn't possibly have known. But I do know.
