Kalypso Adventures introduced paintball for the first time in Kerala. This was a scenario based game where terrorists had taken hostages and it was up to the commandoes to help save the day. Strategy is the key to victory. A paintball marker (gun) with a muzzle velocity of almost 300ft /sec,works almost like a real gun,the difference being the bullets are small balls of paint. Darth Vader wearing colors.

After an enjoyable 3 days of trekking and interaction, we all were under the impression that we had quite got the hang of things around Munnar. Trekking was almost second nature to the group as we moved along noisily everyday. Little did we know what Day 4 of the trip had in store for us! Friday, November 5, 2010. The navy is here. Not often do we see the Singapore navy in action in the mountains of the Western Ghats. Rarer still, a hundred of them trekking through the beautiful Munnar landscape. So out they were in the midst of the mountains for an ‘exercise’ in survival! An Early morning start and off to Munnar, stopping en-route for a cuppa and off once again to start the day at the picturesque Anaerangal Lake. Calisthenics near the Anaerangal Lake before the trek starts.
