March 22, 2006. I'm still in a lot of pain and need to have some kind of surgery that I can't afford. I'm very sorry I have not been around, nor returned emails for many people. I'm just preserving my keyboarding for school and work, and even that has suffered. Sorry about the comments section. Peshmerga Women: April 2005
http://peshmergawomen.blogspot.com/2005_04_01_archive.html
April 25, 2005. Let my people go free! This is the Jewish holiday of Pesach, or Passover. It is a celebration of LIBERATION! The Jews were free from the slavery of the land of Egypt and they left to go to their own land in Israel. They had to have FAITH! Does this picture look familiar? Does it look a bit like a dance of liberation? I think so. It is a photo of Kurdish Peshmerga Women securing the city of Kirkuk two years ago.and they dance the dance of LIBERATION. Music and lyrics by Debbie Friedman.
