Kate Hindle is from Western Australia and is 17 years old. Music has played a big role in Kate’s life, she started learning how to sing and play guitar when she was 9 years old and began performing out in public when she was 11 years old. Kate has done shows for the seniors over the last 6 years and other Charities around Western Australia. Kate was honoured when she was awarded the Young Citizen of the Year by the Collie Shire for her commitment to entertaining the Senior Citizens.

So it's thanksgiving morning, and i'm lying in bed, watching a movie. it's a little sad that i'm not home for thanksgiving- besides obviously seeing the family, i'm missing so much goooooood foooooood! However, we are cooking "thanksgiving dinner" here on saturday, so we'll have it, even if it is a little displaced.

This delicious spread is inspired by a classmate who was looking for an alternative to nut butters or hummus to spread on oatcakes for a snack. It is so tasty and only takes a few minutes to make! Also it is a great source of vegan protein. 1 400g can of butter beans. 1 small garlic clove. 1/4 tsp sea salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp almond butter.
