We don't generally eat a cooked breakfast, I try to do one on a Sunday at least once a month, we eat Pancakes, Waffles, Egg and Bacon and the boy's all time favourite is the Breakfast Burrito which we have more often than not. I have until now never made French Toast. I did have a moment and think. Scott is going to hate this! Then I thought. Cover it in cinnamon sugar and maple syrup and well he may just eat it! 3 to 4 eggs. 1/4 cup caster sugar. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Saturday, 27 August 2016. This is the ultimate bread! Now I do not say this lightly. I am a bit of a fresh bread fanatic! I have a bread maker and will use it! I did make this a couple of weeks ago and didn't get the same fluffy result, my yeast was old. Remember refrigerate your yeast after it's opened and keep for no longer than 6 months. I write the date opened on the lid just to remind me. Also when cooking your potato's don't and I stress DON'T salt the water! 2 cups uncooked potato. 1 egg, beaten.

Saturday, 28 May 2016. Fresh Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt. It is winter here in Australia and well I wish for the cooler weather with the benefit of the Summer fruits! Did you ever want ice cream but a lighter version? This Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt is just the thing. it can be made any time of the year and only has 3 ingredients! Saturday, 30 January 2016. 1 large onion, chopped. 2 large carrots, chopped. 2 celery sticks, chopped. 1/4 cup plain flour. 3/4 cup peas, frozen. 3/4 cup beans, frozen and chopped. 2 cups chicken stock.
