Team Craigen: There's a Fine Line Between Belly Photos and Boudoir Photos...
http://teamcraigen.blogspot.com/2012/01/theres-fine-line-between-belly-photos.html
Friday, January 13, 2012. There's a Fine Line Between Belly Photos and Boudoir Photos. Or whatever other adjectives people use to describe massively pregnant women. More power to the many of my friends have elected to take monthly or weekly photos, and that's cool for them, but it's just not my thing. Creepiest use of Photoshop ever. Nothing says "Mom" like a feather boa. Is she trying to make a statement that she enjoys breeding like a rabbit? Adding a henna tattoo doesn't make it better. I rest my case.

Friday, April 24, 2009. For awhile, this blog was intended to keep family and friends informed on the happenings of out lives in Maui since the distance made it difficult to keep everyone in the loop. The other purpose was a bit of an online journal since my black leather book was lost somewhere in the shuffle and I never seem to find the time to label all of my photos with the appropriate captions/stories. I invite you to come on in, warm your tootsies by the fire and enjoy, my friend. A $10,000 wedding.

Friday, May 1, 2009. With a few {or maybe an entire box} of candles. Perfect for Mom's birthday celebration earlier this week. Isn't she cute? Dinner, tissue paper flowers, streamers, balloons and close family. I took on the responsibility of making dinner and about an hour before everyone was about to arrive, I was crossing my fingers everything turned out - since there were hardly any left overs, I think it was a hit! 1 bag frozen corn. 1 can creamed corn. 3 cups chicken or vegetable stock. Finished wi...

Monday, September 22, 2008. Last weekend was pretty laid back- we started Thursday night by heading down to Hui E (a residential road in Napili) and out on the black rocks to try Mike's fishing pole. We didn't catch anything besides a gorgeous sun set and the rocks of Maui (he lost his hook under the rocks and it looked like he was catching the biggest fish ever! Friday night we went to Ruth's Chris, had great dinner complete with champagne (it was our 7 year 9 month anniversary- just an excuse to go out!

Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Some people have babies on the brain. Or weddings. Or shoes. Or the next chore on the list. All that is on my mind lately are houses! I seem to be drawn to the old charmers.I mean OLD. Like built in 1900-1924 old. I know, I know.outdated plumbing, wiring, etc. but there is just something about a house with personality, right? This is the one I can't keep out of my head. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Book Signing in Dublin, Ireland. A $10,000 wedding.

Monday, June 1, 2009. Little Brother's Senior Ball. My brother, Brad and his adorable girlfriend, Maddy, went to her Senior Ball this past weekend. They looked like models! I wasn't there to witness photoshoot, but thanks to Melissa, I was still able to oooh and ahhh over each shot. I loved her dress and the flower in her hair! My sweet brothers :). http://amberbuchanan.blogspot.com/2009/05/barnwood-beauties.html
Wednesday, May 13, 2009. For Mother's Day, I arranged a photo collage on one of my Mom's entryway walls. One of my favorite finds were the barnwood frames. I found online. They added a lot of texture and fit well with our family beach photos - not to mention they were very cheap (each was under $10! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Adventures of a Northern Teacher: Summer and Loving It!
http://northernteacher.blogspot.com/2013/06/summer-and-loving-it.html
June 25, 2013. Summer and Loving It! I've officially been back in Denver for over a month now and I couldn't be happier. In addition to picking up some summer bar tending shifts on the weekends, Parker and I have been loving all the fun in the sun! I'll admit, I went through total temperature shock when the weather climbed into the 90s and refused to leave the air conditioned house for a few days, but eventually I got over it and am thankful that no triple digits have been sighted (yet! The theme for the...
