Now that we’re older, it’s hard for me to spend quality time with my sister. We’re both working, she’s a social butterfly, and I have limited energy related to my health problems. But it’s still important that we cultivate our relationship, so we try to schedule things to do together. For example, last week we got pedicures together. I hope everyone had a fun and relaxing weekend. This recipe is impressive enough for company, but simple enough to put together on a weeknight. Ingredients (serves 2 - easily doubled). 2 small heads of broccoli. 2 tbsp. panko (japanese bread crumbs). 1 tbsp. olive oil. Zest of 1 lemon. 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese.
