He’s so bad, whenever my family hear a bad joke, we all now dub them a ‘Johnny Joke’ (because ironically, that’s my dad’s name). I like to THINK I’m funny even though most people will disagree. Red onions and tomatoes frying. 4 large Portobello mushrooms. 2 cloves of garlic, crushed. 2 tomatoes, finely chopped. A red onion, finely diced. 2 tbsp olive oil. A few fresh parsley leaves.
