Monday, August 27, 2012. Rattlesnake Triathlon Crazy Back 2 Back Day Two. Nice long sleeve t-shirt and finisher "medal" from the sprint day 1. Up close of the medal/key chain/bottle opener. My Baby Brain
Me in a nutshell. How do you workout, without nap time? June 3, 2015. June 3, 2015. My baby. My amazing, smart, love filled baby, would not sleep. So how am I supposed to take time to workout, and clean the house, AND not go insane? It wasn’t an easy day to find time to eat healthy and workout. But I did it! Today was the most beautiful day, so I took advantage of it and headed out for a walk! And then. I treated myself. 🙂. It is so refreshing to have a delicious smoothie on a warm day! May 28, 2015.

Monday, 11 May 2009. Salsa Night a HUGE success! Last week, Penny and Kevan Ashbridge organised a Salsa Evening in memory of their Daughter Katie. The funds raised are still being counted, but latest figures suggest the event raised over £6000 for our project in Villa Maria, with which 12 families will now be built new homes, Katieville continues to grow! The night was great fun and for a great cause. Thank you to everyone who took part. To read more about the our project in Villa Maria, click here.
