The Schlauchs: October
http://tutusandbluejeans.blogspot.com/2014/05/october.html
Sunday, May 25, 2014. I feel like every post for forever has been about our crazy life everywhere but home. I promise, we do stay home occasionally. Life just seems to get busier every day. For that very reason, I'm gonna have to blog by the month if I ever wanna get got up. So, back in October. We participated in a Halloween Pajama Party and never got it posted. I found this precious, patriotic, angel facing the flag during retreat. Makes this mama so incredibly proud. The crazy girls I get to work with.

The Schlauchs: December 2013
http://tutusandbluejeans.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 8, 2013. Fourth of July was spent the way it has been for years, at the Hillcrest Neighborhood Parade. It was so great to be back this summer after moving away. After the parade, we hung around the house until the night's festivities. Dad walked in with this incredible zucchini that somehow got missed during nightly picking. One of the many, many reasons I love my dad! In the evening, we went to friends house for food, fellowship, and fireworks. Posted by Jama Lee Schlauch. My biggest gi...

The Schlauchs: January 2013
http://tutusandbluejeans.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 29, 2013. Sixteen months ago, we moved to Charleston. Those of you who know me well, know I was asking everyone and their dog what we should be doing. Any and every single person told us about the amazing light display about 30 minutes from our house. We didn't make it there last year, but knew we "had" to make it this year. Wow, is all I have to say! There were shops, marshmallow roasting pits, and fun activities for the kids. The perfect family outing. Think we annoyed them? If you wou...

The Schlauchs: May 2014
http://tutusandbluejeans.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 30, 2014. November was obviously so busy, I have no pictures! AK dressed as an explorer and gave a great presentation. Thankful to be out of the house. MP got the tummy bug. This Thanksgiving was definitely very different for us. Mike had to work, and Jen and Jake moved to the other side of the country. We had no traditonal food, or special traditions. Instead, we went to see Frozen and stuffed our faces with popcorn. It was a great day! Like I said, crazy month! Posted by Jama Lee Schlauch.

An aPEELing Life: December 2012
http://anapeelinglife.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 20, 2012. A couple of weeks ago, downtown Frisco had their annual tree lighting and Jared and I decided to take the boys. . It was our first time to go and we really enjoyed it! Well, not all the waiting around, but you get the picture. :). It was super windy, not that you could tell by this picture ;). Baby daddy with Graham. Oh, and they had a fire work show, very cool. Again, the boys didn’t exactly. This part either, but I promise they did later. 8221; in this picture. I’ve s...

The Nickels & a Penny: November 2012
http://thenickelsandapenny.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
The Nickels and a Penny. Friday, November 30, 2012. Yarn wreaths and colored candles can only mean one thing. Christmas season has arrived in full force at the Nickel house this week. Got lights up on our house. I know, it's still November, but considering that our neighbors have had theirs up since before Thanksgiving, I feel like a major slacker here! Lit house on the block, but at least it's something! Hopefully our bushes will be big enough next year that we can light those, too. How cute it this.
