August 15, 2014. Sometimes my stomach is finicky. And sometimes my wallet it empty. In both those times, the truth remains: I love granola. Too many nuts may induce a belly ache, and they also take a chunk of change out of my budget. So with new-to-me GF Steel Cut Oats, I set out on a recipe exploration of my own nut-free granola. 1 cup GF Steel Cut Oats. 3/4 cup GF Rolled Oats. 1/2 t Pumpkin Pie Spice. 1/4 t Ground Ginger. 3 1/2 T Pure Maple Syrup. 1 1/2 T Honey. 3 1/2 T Pumpkin Puree. Flashback Friday: First Day of School. August 22, 2014. Let’s back track to Sunday evening, shall we? After a festive evening of dinner and carols, I came home early to watch. Once Upon A Time. Wash my hair. I thought I might as well get that out of the way and knock off some time in the morning. Of course, I had to pack my bag and lunch so I’d be ready to skip out the door.
